Uzeyir Hajibeyli's festival in Shusha 30 years later

For the first time after 30 years, the birthday of the outstanding Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli, September 18, will be celebrated in his hometown, in Shusha, liberated from occupation. The international music festival of Uzeyir Hajibeyli is held in this city again. In this regard, well-known cultural workers of Azerbaijan came here.

According to the information, first, the guests will visit the Jidir plain, the Bulbul House-Museum, the Uzeyir Hajibeyli House-Museum, and examine the busts of Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Khurshidbanu Natavan and Bulbul brought from Baku to Shusha on behalf of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Festival events will also take place in Baku, Ganja and Aghdam.

The XIII International Uzeyir Hajibeyli Music Festival is the second festival held in Shusha after the liberation of the city from occupation. The cultural capital of Azerbaijan hosted the Kharibulbul music festival on May 12.
