Khankendi has been declared the city of civilization of Azerbaijan in 2021

President assigned declaration advertising Khankendi as the city of civilization for the year 2021.

As a part of the declaration in the first of month year, cultural events going to happen. Government officials all over the world will be invited.

Novruz celebration will be the biggest event that happened in Azerbaijan's history.

Shusha will also participate in the events as a part of the celebrations.
